Experience

Ms. Lin is admitted to practice law in Taiwan and New York State. She has constantly represented government authorities and top-tiered companies in high-stake disputes regarding construction, government procurement, or Public-Private-Partnership (“PPP”) projects, including one valued at USD 324 million. Ms. Lin also regularly advises general corporate and compliance matters for leading domestic or foreign companies.

Ms. Lin has participated in arbitration cases related to Construction, PPP, Financial Derivatives, Superficies, and Telecom disputes. She has obtained an arbitral award valued at around USD 200 million and secured a decision from the Committee of Chinese Arbitration Association on the amount in dispute which saved USD 334,000 on arbitration fees in a PPP case for the client. In addition to actively handling matters at the stage of dispute resolution, Ms. Lin also has experience in reviewing and providing advice on bidding documents and construction contracts for a multinational semiconductor company and renowned domestic companies.

Ms. Lin has drafted and reviewed commercial contracts and advised general corporate matters for leading domestic and foreign corporate clients, including a multinational hospitality company. She also has conducted due diligence for an underwriter in a USD 1.35 billion IPO case, the largest IPO case in Taiwan within the last 15 years.
