The 2025 Taiwan Arbitration Week will take place from October 20 to November 11, 2025!

This series of events is co-organized by the Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei and the National Federation of Bar Associations, featuring multiple symposiums and forums. Distinguished experts and scholars with extensive practical experience from various fields will be invited to share their insights and discuss common and continuously relevant issues in arbitration proceedings, aiming to deepen understanding and application of the arbitration system.

In response to this initiative, our firm, in collaboration with the Soochow University School of Law’s Liang Yu-Li International Law Research Center, will jointly host the “Arbitration Challenges at the Crossroads of Emerging Trends” Symposium on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM at Conference Room 5211, Soochow University Chengzhong Campus (No. 56, Section 1, Guiyang Street, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City). This symposium will bring together experts from both practice and academia to explore the development of arbitration systems and practical challenges from diverse perspectives, fostering exchange and reflection. We cordially invite all parties interested in the field of arbitration to participate actively and stay informed about the latest developments in arbitration practice.
