On January 26, 2024, Managing Partner, Shih-Min (Maggie) Wu, was invited to serve as the moderator of the second session of the Tunnel Construction Contract and Dispute Resolution Seminar co-hosted by the Chinese Taipei Tunnelling Association, the Taiwan Society of Construction Law and the Water Resources Agency of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Ms. Wu and the guests had a thorough discussion on how to handle contract performance disputes, and the attendees responded enthusiastically.
