Mr. William Huang has been practicing law since 1991 and has extensive expertise in real estate matters, construction and engineering cases, fair trade cases, consumer protection matters, and contract drafting. He possesses profound research and abundant experience in both litigation and non-litigation practices. Since January 2000, Mr. Huang has served as an arbitrator at the Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei, with many years of experience in arbitration and arbitration representation. In 2007, he was appointed by the Taiwan High Court as a mediation committee member and has since handled more than 700 court-assigned civil mediation cases. With his vast experience in various professional fields and dispute resolution procedures, Mr. Huang consistently provides clients with insightful professional analyses and unique legal perspectives, assisting them in preventing legal risks and resolving disputes through flexible dispute resolution mechanisms. As a result, he is highly recognized by the industry and deeply trusted by his clients.
In the field of real estate, Mr. Huang has long represented multiple construction companies, handling sales dispute litigation, real estate trust affairs, land use planning and development projects, urban renewal matters, joint construction, land partition, and other legal consultations. He also assists in drafting and reviewing relevant contracts, providing legal consultation services, and handling litigation matters. In recent years, he has further earned strong client recognition by successfully representing clients in a real estate joint construction litigation involving a dispute amount of NT$12 billion, where he obtained a favorable judgment and secured the return of real estate allocated through the joint construction project.
Regarding fair trade cases, Mr. Huang has handled matters for multiple construction companies involving investigations and sanctions by the Fair Trade Commission, including responses, administrative appeals, and administrative litigation. In construction and engineering disputes, he has been retained by well-known domestic engineering and construction companies to handle cases involving adjacent property damages and disputes over contract performance, through mediation, litigation, and arbitration. Mr. Huang also frequently represents cases involving pre-sale house transactions and real estate sales disputes between consumers and businesses, including complaints, mediation, and litigation, and he has conducted in-depth research into laws and regulations related to the Consumer Protection Act.
