Experience

Ms. Lee obtained her bachelor’s and master’s degree from the law school of National Taipei University, where her studies focused on criminal law and criminal procedure. She previously served as a teaching assistant for the course of General Principles of Criminal Law at National Taipei University and was awarded the 2025 Professor Shing-I Liu Memorial Scholarship.

Ms. Lee’s master’s thesis, titled “The Development of Criminal Defendants’ Right to Assistance of Counsel in Constitutional Court Decisions,” examines the recent development o of the criminal defendant’s right to assistance of counsel. The thesis further analyzes the role of defense attorneys and explores possible directions for future directions for amending the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Mr. Lee has assisted in providing legal advice to clients on matters related to construction and engineering cases, trademark issues, and corporate legal compliance. She has also participated in legal due diligence projects and assisted in handling civil and criminal disputes. In addition, Ms. Lee provides services regarding contract drafting and review.
