On April 29th, 2024, Managing Partner Anthony Yang and Associate Ariel Hung were invited by a well-known ship chartering company to conduct educational training on charter party agreements. The lecture provided a comprehensive introduction to types of charter party agreements, an analysis of common issues in recent years, as well as considerations for reviewing and negotiating charter party agreements.
