Experience

Ms. Anne Chen has practiced law 25 years, who is currently arbitrator of Chinese Arbitration Association, member of Arbitration Committee of Industrial Dispute, Ministry of Labor, member and arbitrator of Mediation Committee of Industrial Dispute, Department of Labor, Taipei City Government, member of Mediation Committee of Industrial Dispute, New Taipei City Government, and member of National Labor Relations Board, Taiwan Bar Association.

Ms. Chen specializes in administrative remedy, employment litigation, employment contract review, legal consultation and compliance, industrial dispute resolution, occupational accident compensation, mass dismissal and remedy procedures relating to employment law. In addition, Ms. Chen has comprehensive knowledge and experience in Waste Disposal Act and environmental protection laws, administrative litigation, construction engineering dispute, civil and criminal litigation, and compulsory execution cases.

With her extensive experience in handling employment lawsuits and industrial disputes, Ms. Chen often provides clients with precise risk analysis of and advices on employment disputes, assists clients in taking efficient actions to protect their rights and interests, and acts as dispute mediator for plausible resolution between employees and enterprises. In addition, she frequently acts on behalf of corporate clients to request the competent authority of labor administration of clarifying controversial issues regarding application of amended employment laws or regulations. Ms. Chen’s specialty in employment law is widely recognized by colleagues and clients.

In addition, Ms. Chen used to provide legal services in regard of the Waste Disposal Act and related environmental protection laws, including training, consultation, appeal of sanction, administrative litigation, and administrative enforcement. Meanwhile, Ms. Chen was engaged by architect firms and engineering companies to claim for design and supervision fees and construction costs against owners.
