Mr. Hung-Yi Kuo has practiced law for more than 28 years and is currently Senior Partner of Stellex Law Firm, member of Taiwan Bar Association Civil Law Committee and Consumer Protection Committee, Chairman of Taipei Bar Association Civil Law Committee, and Arbitrator of Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei. Mr. Kuo specializes in civil law and has vast experience in real estate litigation, corporate law matters, arbitration, and insurance law. Mr. Kuo has represented insurance corporate clients for disputes regarding life insurance, health insurance, disability insurance, accident insurance, travel insurance, accident insurance, and property insurance for more than 20 years. Furthermore, Mr. Kuo especially has in-depth knowledge of distribution of burden of proof regarding accident insurance cases, day care in hospital, and compulsory execution of insurance agreements.
