Ms. Lu Graduated from Department of Law, National Taipei University. After graduation, she has been working as a paralegal for almost 15 years. Familiar with civil enforcement department and lodgment office-related proceedings, Ms. Lu excels at time and risk management in litigations, and can always effectively keep track of the statute of limitations and progress of litigations and provide the most efficient yet legitimate solution for clients.
Ms. Lu is experienced in a wide range of civil compulsory enforcement matters, such as provisional injunction, provisional attachment, provisional execution, lodgment, change and withdrawal of securities, post-judgment enforcement, payment order, and promissory note enforcement.
In addition, Ms. Lu is skilled at non-litigation matters, including foreign investment (including Chinese investment) and company setup in Taiwan, compliance and document drafting in connection with capital verification, assisting in review of investment plan-related documents (including operational plan, investors’ background, investment structure, shareholder and director information, and source of funds), change of investor’s identity, document preparation for work permit application, contract drafting and review, and company registration.
Furthermore, Ms. Lu has accumulated considerable experience in legal compliance and document drafting in connection with board and shareholder meetings, probate dispute as well as notarization and verification of legal documents, and notarization of private rights.
