Ms. Lee has been practicing law for over 10 years. She currently serves as a legal consultant and member of the Appeal Review Committee for an administrative agency, mediator for labor disputes, and legal advisor for publicly listed companies in banking, education, semiconductor, and energy industries. She possesses extensive experience in cases related to administrative remedies, labor law, and banking. She has assisted corporate clients in managing legal risks, reviewing and revising legal documents, attending shareholder meetings of listed companies, and assisting operating shareholders in legal disputes with other shareholders during these meetings. She is frequently invited by listed companies and administrative agencies to deliver lectures on topics such as intellectual property, trade secrets, indigenous laws, and labor disputes.
In the field of labor law, Ms. Li is particularly known for assisting clients with labor disputes related to strikes, mass layoffs, and picket lines. She often helps clients handle issues involving layoffs and dismissals, drafting and reviewing labor contracts and work rules, and addressing labor law topics related to wages, working hours, and non-compete agreements.
Ms. Li also has extensive experience in criminal cases, handling high-profile cases involving financial regulations such as the Banking Act, Money Laundering Control Act, Futures Trading Act, and Business Accounting Act, as well as environmental regulations such as the Waste Disposal Act, Water Pollution Control Act, Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Control Act, and Slopeland Conservation and Utilization Act. She is adept at addressing issues at all stages of criminal proceedings and providing immediate and appropriate strategies, earning the trust of her clients.
Due to her long tenure as a legal consultant and member of the Appeal Review Committee for administrative agencies, Ms. Li is well-experienced in administrative appeal cases and administrative litigation. She also has many years of experience in various types of litigation and dispute resolution, having handled maritime cases involving multimillion-dollar disputes related to bills of lading and receiving favorable judgments, as well as large-scale disputes in metro construction and large steam boiler contractual projects, successfully preventing significant financial losses for her clients.
