Experience
Mr. Chang obtained his bachelor’s degree from the law school of National Taiwan University, and passed the National Bar Examination in 2020 (Labor and Social Law Division) upon graduation. He previously served as a teaching assistant for courses of Administrative Law and Social Security Systems and Law at NTU’s Law school.
Mr. Chang is experienced in handling disputes involved with civil law, labor and social law, and administrative remedies and provides legal advisory and litigation service on matters related to these areas. Mr. Chang advises clients on labor law compliance, negotiable instruments law, inheritance matters, and corporate regulatory compliance. Additionally, Ms. Chang also helps clients to resolve disputes concerning labor relations, construction payment claims, and trademark infringement.
