Experience

Mr. Dai obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degree from the law school of National Taiwan University and specialized in labor law and civil law.

Mr. Dai constantly focuses on the issues related to occupational accidents and his master thesis , “A Study on the Relation Between Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Civil Liability in Japan: With Implications for Taiwanese Law“ has been highly praised and won The Taiwan Labor Law Association Master Thesis Award and the Outstanding Master Thesis Award of the College of Law of National Taiwan University in 2022.

Mr. Dai is experienced in handling labor disputes, drafting & reviewing labor-related contracts and workplace rules and advising on labor-related issues including working hours, personnel management, and occupational health and safety.

Mr. Dai is also experienced in advising clients on issues related to civil litigation. He assisted a major domestic catering group in dealing with debt recovery, assisted a well-known foreign company in dealing with consumer disputes and advising clients on issues of employment, construction, personal data protection .etc.
