Ms. Kawakita studied Chinese at the Mandarin Training Center of National Taiwan Normal University in 2001. After graduating from the Graduate Institute of Translation and Interpreting Studies at Fu Jen Catholic University, she worked as a cram school instructor. She then joined an accounting firm where she was involved in publishing Japanese-language books on Taiwanese law. She later transitioned to a law firm, where she has been working ever since.
