On June 13, 2025, Managing Partner, Anthony Yang, and Junior Partner, Leo Lee, were invited by the International Research-Based Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association (IRPMA) to deliver a “Fair Trade Act Training Session” for its members.

The session began with an introduction to the Fair Trade Act, outlining its regulatory objectives and scope. Through practical case studies, Anthony and Leo discussed numerous common compliance challenges that member companies may encounter, such as concerted actions, resale price maintenance, non-price restraints, and unfair competition.

The session drew active participation from attendees, who enthusiastically engaged in the Q&A section, exchanging views and industry insights.
