In August of 2018, Stellex Law Firm was founded by its four partners: Chih-Poung Liou (attorney-at-law since 1982), Sophia Lelong (attorney-at-law since 1999), Shih-Min (Maggie) Wu (attorney-at-law since 2001), and Anthony Yang (attorney-at-law since 2004). In addition to Mr. Liou and Ms. Lelong’s extensive legal experience, both have repeatedly been chosen by international law journals as examples of outstanding leading lawyers.
