Ms. Emma Li is highly experienced in construction dispute, government procurement and PPP projects. she has offered clients legal advices in multiple significant domestic infrastructure projects by using her advanced knowledge in every stage of a construction project, including construction planning, bidding, and the completion phase. Particularly, she specializes in construction contract review, risk management, communication with (governmental agencies) on behalf of clients, assisting general contractors in contract dispute negotiation with subcontractors, and is versed in legal issues in each stage of a construction project, which makes her capable of promptly providing practical advice and solutions to clients to efficiently ascertain and prevent the potential risks at early stages. As such, she is highly trusted by her clients.

Ms. Li has represented clients in numerous high-profile construction litigations, arbitrations, mediations and administrative proceedings. Her clientele ranges from governmental agencies, government-owned enterprises, to renowned publicly-listed companies in Japan and Taiwan, and multinational corporations. Ms. Lee has successfully obtained over NT$30 billion arbitration awards for her client in multiple arbitration cases arising from a major public constructions project, where she represented Taiwanese private corporation(s) in seeking huge compensation from government agencies. Furthermore, Ms. Lee has long been representing clients in construction litigations between renowned Japanese corporations and Taiwanese companies, assisting clients to resolve the dispute thereof, and is hence highly acclaimed by legal professionals.
